Payment

• A 50% deposit within 1 week of booking ( non- refundable)
• Balance of total booking due 1 Week ( Out of Season) or 1 month (In Season) prior to arrival.
• Alternative bookings will be offered to those who cancel with good cause.

Banking Details

Rules:

1. Reservations only accepted by a deposit made within one week of booking and receipt of proof of payment.
   Deposit : 50% of total cost.
2. Cancellations - Deposit refunds :
   
   • No refund within one week of arrival date
   • 25% refund within 2 weeks of arrival date
   • 50% refund within 1 month of arrival date
   • Deposit less R200.00 if longer than 1 month.
   • Pensioners (long stay) cancellations - Deposit refunds :
   • 25% refund within 3 months of arrival date
   • 50% refund within 6 months of arrival date
   • Deposit less R200.00 if longer than 6 months
3. Deposit cannot be transferred to another season
4. Arrival 12h00 and Departure 10h00 am
5. The site will be re-let after 24 hours unless we are notified of late arrival, and the deposit forfeited.
6. Late arrivals / early departures - you will be charged according to the booking dates.
7. All accounts to be settled on arrival. If you do arrive after office hours, kindly come to the office the following morning to settle account. Please note : only cheques and credit cards are accepted at the office. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.
8. Weekends-minimum 2 night booking.
   Long weekend minimum 3 nights booking
   Dec/Jan - Minimum booking 14 nights
9. Maximum 6 people per site, unless prior arrangement
10. One car and caravan per site permitted
    Extra vehicle R20.00 per day, site permitting
    PLEASE NOTE: Your car must be parked on your site at all times
11. No visitors cars will be allowed in the park, as we do not have the space to accommodate the extra cars. Public parking next to park.
12. Electricity - 15 Amp. Please bring your own extension cord and adaptors. Braai on site, bring your own grid.
13. Dogs (5kg and under). Maximum 2 dogs. Only allowed in "out of season" periods and by prior management arrangment. Dogs to be on leash and owners to clean up after the pets. Dogs are not allowed in the ablution complexes.
14. Special parking arrangements avaliable for b aots, jetskies and motorbikes.
15. NO LOUD MUSIC and NO FIREWORKS
16. Please leave the Ablutions the same way you expect to find them
17. Bicycles - Please ride only on the roads. No riding after dusk. Bicycles are not allowed withing the Recreation Hall, Swimming pool and Ablution areas.
