operates from Ellingham Resorts,
which is a mere 20 kilometres
from Aliwal Shoal. All these nearby dive sites are brisling with excitement for
the adventurous diver looking for a new diving dimension.
Dive sites such as Landers, Cowries and Fern Coral
amongst others are just waiting to be explored. Since the closure of the whaling station in 1917,
remnants of which still can be seen at our launch site,
whales are frequently now spotted close in shore. The Annual Sardine Run, an event unique to South Africa,
draws thousands of people to view the sardines beach
themselves at Rocky Bay. |
